Coconut Smoothie

Hello fresh coconut smoothie! Does anyone else love coconutty deliciousness as much as we do? I will basically try anything if it has coconut in it.

Consequently, Miss 3 loves coconuts too. This simple coconut smoothie recipe is so delicious that she asks for seconds every time.



  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh or shredded unsweetened coconut.
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup of Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Agave

1.) First, have your kiddos help add all of the above ingredients to a blender.

2.) Next, Adults only – Blend until the mixture is smooth. (We use a Vitamix and it makes our shakes silky smooth.)

2.) Finally, enjoy your delicious coconut smoothies!

The Maternal Hobbyist Tip: If your toddler is in a picky eating phase, try making them a smoothie. The next time you make a smoothie, get your kids involved by letting them help with the ingredients. They’re much more likely to try the smoothie afterwards.
